Julia DuPree
Festival Programmer
Julia is a Philadelphia native with a passion for film, media and social justice. She earned a Master's Degree in Community and Policy Social Work from Temple University and continues to tie storytelling into the work that she does. Professionally, Julia works to support AmeriCorps Programs across Pennsylvania. As a creative, she studies filmmaking with a concentration in screenwriting.
In her free time, Julia can be found on the green trails across the city, studying anthropology on YouTube, or singing (not extremely well) at the top of her lungs—mostly in the comfort of her own home.

Tamia Harvey-Martin
Festival Coordinator
With an interest in folklore, Tamia seeks to develop her craft in narrative storytelling. A resident of Lower Bucks County, she's thrilled that Philadelphia is being recognized for both its influence and its character — a city that she hopes to see featured in more T.V./film. She has a buddy feature screenplay and supernatural T.V. pilot in the works.
She is currently completing her M.F.A. in Radio-Television-Film with a specialization in Screenwriting at The University of Texas at Austin. Tamia earned her B.A. in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Pennsylvania.
Emily Dabney
Emily received a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University, where she studied English and performed in many theater productions. She is an event and marketing professional with a background in performance, production, writing and directing.
She has written, produced and directed two of her own short films and is currently working on a feature length script. She is thrilled to be involved in the Off Page Film Festival, bringing people together to connect through the art of storytelling and film.

Chloe Noré
Chloé Nore is a passionate student at Drexel University, currently pursuing a unique blend of studies in Film and Theater, Marketing, and Psychology. With a deep love for the arts, Chloe is dedicated to honing her skills in both acting and filmmaking, always eager to bring stories to life. This is her second year working with the Off Page Film Festival assisting with both Social Media and Production, where she continues to contribute her creative energy and passion to the world of art.

Matt Ginley
Matt is currently developing his second pilot, based off the novel, “Born to Be Wild” — portraying the mayhem imposed by the Warlock biker gang in the Philly area from 1970s and on.
Matt McGinley is a manager/bartender at Dolan’s Bar in Ridley Park, PA. He writes, directs, and edits shorts, reels, and commercials for social social media promotion.
Festival Assistant
Laura Lamberti
Laura Lamberti is an actress and writer. She hopes her willingness to mirror life as she sees it will show something different in the eye of the viewer and reader and ultimately give something back to her fellow humans through her acting and writing. She trained extensively at HB Studio, RADA, AADA and CTA and got her creative writing Diploma at Oxford University. She has been working in theatre, tv, film and commercials with notable roles in the acclaimed theatre production of “Terranova” at NYC Fringe Festival. On TV with roles in Law&Order, Blindspot, FBI: Most Wanted, New Amsterdam; in feature films from comedy to drama in roles in Festival Award Winner “Cassanova was a woman”, “Dark Tarot”; and numerous short films such as Sinaptica (Festival awards winner), Brushstrokes (Festival awards winner).
