The workshop will be led by two successful filmmakers who have raised capital for their feature films and other projects. KIMBERLY SKYRME and OLIVER ASSIRAN will conduct a Q&A on the various avenues available to filmmakers and writers to develop and produce their films, including equity and non-equity funding as well as crowdfunding and fundraisers. Kimberly Skyrme is a Casting Director, Producer, Writer and Director. Kimberly's casting work includes the Emmy Award winning Netflix original series House of Cards - Seasons 1-3, Unsolved Mysteries, Deep Impact, Hearts in Atlantis, Beloved, The Pelican Brief, True Lies, and numerous Independent Feature and Short Film Projects. Oliver Assiran is a writer, director, actor and producer, who produced his first feature film in 2008 and continues to produce his own indies and help others produce theirs
